Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we’ll discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services you purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don’t, we’ll recommend solutions. To ensure that installation can take place, we’ll verify that the location of the antenna will have a clear, unobstructed signal path to the northern sky (i.e., no trees, tree branches, buildings or other objects above the antenna).

Delivering to your home
We’ll securely deliver your new Starlink system to your home.

Connecting your new system
We’ll mount and assemble your new equipment, connect the Starlink cable to the included router inside the house through an exterior wall (or siding) and connect up to two devices.

Testing and demonstrating
We’ll assist you in downloading the Starlink app and creating a Starlink account through your mobile device. We’ll set up as many as two existing network devices, update the device’s (or devices’) firmware and guide you through any necessary user account setup and configuration. We’ll also demonstrate how to update these credentials and settings for future reference.

Cleaning up
It’s like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.

Leave the Installation to the PROs, we will install your Starlink System for you.By ordering our Starlink installation, you certify that you already have a Confirmed Starlink Shipping Tracking Number and/or have already received your Starlink kit, and all necessary Parts (Cables, Ethernet Adaptor, etc).
Our Installation Includes:
- Mounting Starlink Dish
- Running Starlink Cables from Router to Dish
- Setting up Starlink Router WIFI Name and Password

At starlinkkenya254, we have established the industry standard when it comes to quality and durability of installation.
Our technicians follow a structured and reliable process to ensure consistent quality across all installations.
The system has been outlined in the diagram below.
1. SURVEYAssess installation site in relation to technician access, signal strength, safety, cable routes, mounting possibilities and preferred router/modem location. If there are viable installation options, our technician can liaise with you to confirm the installation and planning can begin.
2. PLANSelect optimum mount to use for the Starlink dish, and the most efficient cable route from the dish to the interior router. Devise the best positioning for the interior cable wall outlet and Starlink router prior to installation.
3. INSTALLFirmly mount the Starlink dish to the roof or wall of the building. Drill necessary holes through the roof and/or walls for the Starlink’s cable to pass through. Any exterior cable must be firmly pinned down. Feed the cable into the building and waterproof the entry holes. Cut out and install an interior wall outlet near the Starlink routers position, whereby the cable will pass through into the house’s interior.
4. SET-UPConnect the Starlink router and dish cable to the power block, then plug the power block into a power outlet inside. Download the Starlink app and follow the prompts to set up the network connection.
5. TESTRun a speed test to check the download and upload speed. Internet connection must be fast and effective before leaving the install site. Welcome to Starlink’s rapid internet connection!
